Roasty Toasty


Last week, Miss Dilly Bean
discovered the delicious joys
of what happens when you
roast chick peas
in the oven
 with
some olive oil, soy sauce,
and
lime juice.

(Magical flavors begin
to float all over
Little Kitchen.)
 


And to make it really
Yummy-in-your-Tummy,
Miss Dilly Bean tossed
the roasty toasty chick peas
over a salad
using her new
super-duper favorite
homemade dressing
of
Dijon mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice.

with cashew cream.)
